Product sold are not entitle for refund.
We only accept exchange/replace items if they are defective or damaged such as pants with holes, loose threads or fabric issues.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, barcode and not washed.
For any return request that fall under the below category will not be considered.
* Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.
* There might be 1cm-3cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. Please do check the measurements given in our products
* For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.
To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or order number. Do contact us at mosbeautyenterprise@gmail.com .For return shipment that didn’t manage to notify us, we will keep for 60 days & will be considered void after 60 days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then we will arrange send out the replace product to you by 1-2 working days.
Please note that, any cancellation order or payment refund will be take around 7-14 workings days to proceed.
